Of course they will rule against it. A few dims whining a bit won't make squat bit of difference and the right has known that for years.

I was wrong. That does not change the fact it's a bad law and the corporations won as usual.

If in 014 when people will have to pay in and I am below poverty level they take a penny from me that I can't spare - needless to say I will be pissed.

Hi guy, always great to hear from you! I see this as somewhat akin to Medicare - I paid into it, now I am collecting on it. It only pays 80% on most medical bills, which can leave me in the lurch for substantial monies! So, what I have opted to do, which I can barely afford (more than losing my home to some unforseen medical emergency) is to buy extra insurance that covers that 20% which costs me just under $200 a month. If i were to forsake my Medicare and buy 100% medical insurance on the open market, do you have ANY IDEA what that would cost? Suffice to say, I'd be lucky to afford electric lights and beans BOTH in any given month.

And I made the choice to quit work without insurance. I have 32 months to go before I can get Medicare. Whether I get the supplemental is unclear. There just isn't enough to get there.

I don't give a shit what anybody say the bama sided with the corporations and immediately took what we really needed (single payer) off the table. Fuck bama!

As Jim Hightower explains it, is that “the wealthiest 1 percent of Americans possess more net worth today than the bottom 90 percent of us combined. Worse, these privileged few and their political henchmen have structured a new economic ‘normal’ of long-term joblessness, low wages, no benefits or worker rights, miserly public services, and a steadily widening chasm between the rich and the rest of us.” We must restore sanity to this nation.
