Senate Appropriations Cmte. Hearing on FY 2008 War Supplemental
Jim Nussle, Dir. of the Office of Management & Budget, appears before the Senate Appropriations Cmte. to discuss Pres. Bush's FY 2008 War Supplemental. The President has said he will veto any request exceeding his $108 billion request for Iraq and Afghanistan funds.
