The Republican whine machine has been making a lot of noise about the MOVE-ON newspaper ad portraying Gen. Petreaus as Gen. BETRAY-US.
HAVE A LOOK , or watch vid of TV ad HERE then read the background and future information below:

  • Betrayal through deception is much worse than being impolite. Where tens of thousands of deaths and maimings are concerned, it is immoral not to point out betrayals when they are real. It is patriotic to root out betrayal on grand scale wherever it occurs. GO.READ
  • The issue is this: Who has been betraying the trust of the American people — including our troops — in bringing about the American invasion of Iraq and in continuing the occupation? What were the acts of betrayal and with what consequences? And is a betrayal of trust still going on, and if so where, how, and by whom? GO.READ
We have INDEED been and continue to be BETRAYED by this criminal enterprise that has TAKEN OVER our government. All patriotic and thinking people must learn, stand up, and speak out! This horrendous lie is being perpetrated in our name.

As Jim Hightower explains it, is that “the wealthiest 1 percent of Americans possess more net worth today than the bottom 90 percent of us combined. Worse, these privileged few and their political henchmen have structured a new economic ‘normal’ of long-term joblessness, low wages, no benefits or worker rights, miserly public services, and a steadily widening chasm between the rich and the rest of us.” We must restore sanity to this nation.
