Papers Show How Energy Industry & Lobbyists
Bought the Bush-Cheney Energy Policy

We (Democrats) tried to block it at the time, but the obstructionist Republicans (protecting thier pals at Enron) did what they do best...kept us from revealing the truth. CLICK

Speaking of corrupt policies: Why has the Amerikan media gone so gaga over a 5 year old BinLaden tape? Hmm?

Now the Bushies are set to launch a NEW privatization ploy, according to ABC News: contract with companies to keep sophisticated and detailed records on all our communications via phone and Internet that federal laws prevent the government from keeping themselves. The feds can then use this info, regardless of whether there is any reason whatsoever to monitor us (as in, due cause), while completely circumventing the very laws put in place to protect us from domestic spying/eavesdropping.
YO NANCY PELO, can we quit playing nice and bring some PASSION to the table with our impeachment, NOW?

I understand the Democrats in Congress stayed up late the other night. I didn't hear any fuckin' PASSION, or outright DEMANDS out of thier mealy mouths. DEAR DEMS: Sounds like you just COULDN'T DO NOTHIN'!

As Jim Hightower explains it, is that “the wealthiest 1 percent of Americans possess more net worth today than the bottom 90 percent of us combined. Worse, these privileged few and their political henchmen have structured a new economic ‘normal’ of long-term joblessness, low wages, no benefits or worker rights, miserly public services, and a steadily widening chasm between the rich and the rest of us.” We must restore sanity to this nation.
