5 more American soldiers dead in Iraq. Betrayal put them there, and new deadly betrayals killed them

Who paid for and trained the force that was about to attack and who betrayed the Americans have become among the most troubling questions in the Iraq war. Senior U.S. officers said the lightning assault was one of the most sophisticated, complex attacks on coalition forces since Baghdad fell.
